How to make
Serves: 2 to 3

3 cups of Oat Flour
1 ½ to 2 cups of boiling water
Instructions
Using a large microwaveable bowl, to avoid lumps, mix the flour and the boiling water. Add more flour and water to preferred thickness.
Cook at full power in a microwave for 5 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir until the mixture cuddles.
Serve with your favourite soup.
